Everyone who has had chicken wings knows that a classic wing sauce needs just vinegar and peppers to give that universal flavour that tastes oh so good! Our wing sauce uses red finger chilies (the typical red hot chili pepper!) plus a bit of ghost peppers for additional heat and flavour. The best part is we only have 15 mg of sodium per tsp (5 ml) compared to many store brand sauces that are 150-250 mg of sodium per tsp (5 ml) so you can actually taste the peppers!
