Community Projects
One of our goals when we started our business was to find a way to give back to our community. We are working on a number of partnerships that we will be rolling out to support different projects we have an interest in.
For 2022 we donated portions of our Rousay Red #5 hot sauce to The Swandro-Orkney Coastal Archaeology Trust to help excavate the Know of Swandro, a neolithic site (5000 yrs old) on the island of Rousay that is in danger of being eroded by the sea. We also donated portions of our Fiery Cheese Bites to The Canadian Warplane Heritage Museum to help keep the Lancaster bomber flying.
On a smaller scale we participated in the Horse Power Car Show and Fundraiser and contributed 10% of our sales that weekend to the event. We also sponsored the West Niagara Flying Aces U9 team as well as University of Western Varsity Rugby player Lauren Male. We have also donated gift baskets to local fundraisers for schools and other projects. If you have an event we might be able to help!
