Shipping policy

Shipping:  For items that are mailed to our customers we are partnered with Canada Post and the shipping rate is determined by them.  For items that are mailed out we have to charge a nominal fee for packaging the items and prepping them for Canada Post.  This cost also includes materials which are primarily the boxes we use plus consumables such as tape and toner for printing labels.  This fee is typically called "shipping and handling" and like many of you we often wondered what that actually meant and now that we have a business we finally know!
