Nestled on the Niagara escarpment overlooking Stoney Creek is Hamilton's third highest waterfall, The Devil's Punchbowl. This sauce is named for this local landmark and is a nice fruity hot sauce with a slow burn. You get the strabwerry and pineapple flavour up front then after a few seconds you start getting a slow burn in the back of your throat from the small amount of Carolina Reapers and Trinidad Scorpions we use. Surprisingly you don't feel the need to drink something right away because although you feel the heat it skips your tongue and since your tongue isn't on fire you don't need to quench it!
